" We ’re really making Thor closer to Chris and his personality and who he is … he ’s suspicious – a lot funnier and a lot more colloquial because he ’s spent time on Earth … in person , I think he ’s the best version of Thor , just quietly . Not to take away from the any of the other films , but in order for me to feel comfortable making this moving-picture show , I wanted to move away from the other celluloid and make something that was kind of a standalone Thor film . That your really did n’t take to see the first two to sympathize the ( third ) film . "
While Hemsworth ’s portraying of Thor has hardly become stale in his solo andAvengersfilms , it ’s fun to see how Waititi is willing to raise the stakes and present fan with what is promising to be a lighter take on the God of Thunder .
