With everyone already talking about when - not if - there will be a sequel to this year’sThor : Ragnarok , has anyone in reality thought whether to necessitate director Taika Waititi if he wants to stick with the God of Thunder for another movie ? Well , the spark seemed to fell on the set of this year ’s smash hit , because it sounds like Hemsworth and Waititi are n’t done just yet .
Praise is already flooding in forRagnarok , and asthe MCU ’s highest - rated movie , Kevin Feige is presumptively good in his authority thatMarvel will work with Taika Waititi again . However , with so much potential out there , and with so many other quality populating the MCU , sports fan would n’t blame Waititi for taking on a challenge to give another one of the Avengers their own solo flick .

Exclusively speaking toScreen Rant , Waititi unveiled his challenging plans to go beyond Asgard , and let out that he is more than happy to stand with the Norse god hero for a piddling bit longer :
" I ’d be open [ to other characters ] but I remember my preference is Thor because I feel like I ’m so comfortable with it and we did such hard oeuvre recreating these characters in a way where I ’m so comfortable with them and sort of in love life with them that , yeah , it just feels like the natural position for me to be . Also I just love working with Chris , you know . Have n’t had that much sport working with anyone else . I do n’t know really , I do n’t really even have it away all the other characters . "
Something just clack between the cast and crowd ofThor : Ragnarok , and unafraid to balance the humour and action mechanism , Waititi appear to have the Midas touch modality for superhero picture . It would seem jerky for Marvel and theHunt for the Wilderpeopledirector to part way already , but is Waititi correct to just stick with Thor for the foreseeable future ?

Given the way in whichRagnarokended , it set up Hulk / Banner and Thor as the best of buds and the dangerous couple to become the MCU ’s next Parker and Stark .
Waititi previously enjoin he ’s concerned indirecting a Black Widow movie , but he also pronounce that if he were to return to the world of Norse gods , his continuation would be more of aRagnarok 2rather thanThor 4 . If there is anotherThorentry on the horizon for Waititi , it might not be long before we see the Revengers reassembled again .
