In hindsight , the determination to dial back on the romance was for the better of the film . Ragnarokwas already a packed pic as it is - and incorporating a love storey , while hell is breaking slack in Asgard and he is entrap in a junk planet , is the last affair Thor demand at the minute . While Hemsworth and Thomspon play well off each other in the moving-picture show , Valkyrie ’s characterization and story arc inRagnarokarguably benefit from hernotbeing Thor ’s unexampled love interest .
