Well , I had a heap of conversation with [ showrunners ] J.D. [ Payne ] and Patrick [ McKay ] before we started about how we wanted to come near that . And luckily , I really enjoy what Joseph [ Mawle ] did in the first season , and Adar was probably my pet character . [ To his carbon monoxide - ace ] No offense [ laughs ] . So it ’s in reality a delight to kind of take the curtain and carry on from there . We do n’t look alike , but it ’s very clearly the same part , so I do n’t reckon it was a … it ’s not a swelled trouble for an consultation . And yes , we wanted to make it kind of as relatively unseamed as possible , and … yeah , Adar has a lot to do in this time of year , so it was kind of directly out of the occlusion and into it .
