One hope I have forOnyx Stormis that the history features more ofFourth Wing ’s most underrated friendship . Violet inThe Empyrean Serieshas work many great friendships . Her connection to Rhiannon , Ridoc , and Sawyer is both a great backbone and my favourite part of the series . They are particularly significant as Violet grows removed from Dain and is in need of reinforcement as she name more of Basigath ’s secrets . These connections , however , are not the only ace that she will need or that I think will be tested duringOnyx Storm .
Fourth Wing ’s characters inOnyx Stormare go to be face worse tryout than ever before . I am genuinely so nervous for these characters because so many of their journey and moments have been gripping , especially when it come to their connection with Violet . She has had many big scenes with several characters , which makes the possibility of losing even one grievous to me . That being enounce , I am hoping that one dynamic fromThe empyreal Seriesgets more sentence to shine inOnyx tempest : Violet and Imogen .
The screen for Onyx Storm makes me very promising that the POV I have wanted since Fourth Wing will now be featured intemperately in the series .

Imogen’s Journey With Violet Is Heartwarming And Hilarious
Violet and Imogen ’s friendship is one of the best kinetics inThe Empyrean Seriesbecause of its growth , which can be explored inOnyx Storm . InFourth Wing , Imogen ’s enmity against Violet led to many opposition , both verbal and physical . But for me , what was more lurid was how the two began to mend bridges after Violet stick with Tairn and Andarna . Imogen merely shifted from hating Violet to helping her , though she made it clear it was on Xaden ’s order . Still , their moment bring a smile to my nerve as the two grow to honor each other .

Iron Flame , however , is why I need Imogen to be one of theFourth Wingcharacters boast inOnyx Storm . In the 2nd book , Imogen warms further to Violet , despite her rocky human relationship with Xaden . Imogen runs with her and lets her talk of the town about her issues , though she keeps up that same " I do n’t really care " front . This led to so many hilarious moments between the two that gave the plot the levity it needed . Their moral force also showcases how Violet has truly earned every aspect of Imogen ’s friendship , a fact that should be featured inOnyx Storm .
I Hope Onyx Storm Features More Of This Underrated Fourth Wing Friendship
They Could Provide Much-Needed Emotional Support To Each Other In Onyx Storm
Onyx Stormwill hopefully boast Imogen and Violet ’s friendship , as I cerebrate they can provide a passel of aroused support for each other . After the remainder ofIron Flame , Violet and Imogen will both take documentation as they cope with Xaden becoming venin . Violet will need assistance for obvious reasons , but Imogen has known Xaden her whole life . The subspecies for a cure could countenance the two to support each otheras they attempt to save up someone they both have it off . This could also let us to see a more vulnerable side of Imogen , which we have yet to see .
Imogen becoming vulnerable would tote up more astuteness to her grapheme , peculiarly if she opens up to someone she saw as an enemy .
Onyx Stormcould feature The Iron Squadand their support of Violet , even as they struggle with their own issues . But to me , Imogen and Violet ’s dynamic would enrich the story , as we have yet to see that kind of genuine moment with them . Imogen becoming vulnerable would add together more depth to her character , especially if she afford up to someone she once saw as an foe . Violet could get some more raw moments in turn , allowingOnyx Stormto be both an emotional and plot turn point forThe Empyrean Series .
