In the latest issue of Marvel Comics’Darth Vader , the Dark Lord of the Sith recruit his own squad ofRevengers , though they ’re much dark thanThor’steam of the same name from the MCU’sThor : Ragnarok . While Vader ’s current mission is to pass over out Crimson Dawn and its agent embedded within the Empire , it ’s proven to be much hard than anticipated . As such , Vader has assemble agents of his own to combat Crimson Dawn in this new issue .
In late publication ofDarth Vaderfrom author Greg Pak , Vader and hisright - hand assassin Ochi of Bestoonventured to the satellite Vincorba where they began rooting out Crimson Dawn and its hold over the Imperial presence on the earth . As such , Lord Vader ended up unwittingly rescuing a grouping of freedom battler known as the Revengers who miss their kinsfolk and homes to Crimson Dawn . Seeing Vader destroying the imperial work for the Dawn and have no idea who he really is , these fighters saw Vader as their wedge and agreed to connect him in his campaign .

Recruiting these Revengers right alongside Ochi and the assassins he ’d already hired , Vader now has quite the team at his disposal in the newDarth Vader # 19from Pak and artist Guiun Vilanova . However , the Revengers are used as bait to break up Crimson Dawn ’s defense force before he and the assassins move in . As such , Vader ’s Revengers have a much dingy function and role as opposed to Thor ’s squad of Revengers , a name that only came out ofThor and Valkyrie want revenge on Hela(while being a humorous riff off of the Avengers ' name ) .
While Vader handle to cut up his way through the the firefight against Crimson Dawn thanks to his new Revengers , their fates are currently unknown by the issue ’s end . However , they do help oneself Vader get his hands on information which reveals that Crimson Dawn has factor far deeper within the Empire than the Dark Lord could have ever imagined . obviously , the Dawn ’s percolation goes to the very top of the Empire at the highest tier of the royal bureaucracy . However , the discovery does n’t seem to have changed Vader ’s conclusion to rejuvenate guild to the Empire in the slight .
reckon as howVader ’s mission to decimate Crimson Dawnis far from over , it ’s possible he ’ll still employ the Revengers in the issues to add up ( assuming they ’re still animated ) .
