Crowley and the Doctor fit into this category perfectly , and they allow Tennant to employ real - mankind logic and emotion that a human graphic symbol might feel , then turn and wrench the sensation to apply it to a character that would n’t have the same reference points as the audience . Even when he take in charge this incredibly hard task , I still somehow regain the case relatable , despite not being from an foreign major planet or the depths of hell myself .

The depth and complexness of both character reference are also a massive part of what I witness so appeal about them . On the surface , they each seem every column inch of what they are . Crowley , a demon , seems very selfish but also shows so many ostentation of igniter that I ca n’t see him as a villain - because , ultimately , he is n’t . Inversely , the Doctor is the hero ofDoctor Who , but that does n’t intend he does n’t have some incredibly dark bit in his past , present , and future . In fact , Tennant ’s Tenth Doctor had some peculiarly brutal scene .
Crowley and Aziraphale will be back in Good Omens season 3 , but there are break down to be some major change exit into the final season .
